One person, one accountability
You don't get bounced between technicians who don't know your environment. The person who answers your call is the same person who owns your account, your backups, and your security.
CHS Solutions was founded on a simple observation: big MSPs are built to serve mid-market and enterprise clients, and small businesses get the leftovers — slower response, junior techs, and pricing that doesn't match the service. I built CHS to be the opposite of that.
You don't get bounced between technicians who don't know your environment. The person who answers your call is the same person who owns your account, your backups, and your security.
The same backup, security, and monitoring platforms Fortune 500 companies use — Acronis, Datto, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike. I don't downgrade your protection because you're small.
If you ever decide to leave, you walk away with everything documented — passwords, configurations, and licenses in your own accounts. No lock-in. That's how I keep clients honestly.
Started with one stubborn idea: small businesses deserve the same caliber of IT that big companies get — without paying enterprise rates for it.
Built the core stack — backup, security, monitoring — around enterprise-grade tools deployed at small-business scale.
Modern remote tools meant location stopped mattering. Clients across multiple states, all managed from one operation.
CHS stays intentionally small — enough clients to make a living, few enough that each one gets real attention. That's the trade and it's the right one.
CHS Solutions is owner-operated. When you call, email, or text — that's me. The person who set up your environment is the same person who answers when something breaks, the same person who reviews your backups, and the same person who'll be there next year.
That's the whole structural advantage of working with a solo practice: nothing falls between the cracks because there are no cracks. There's one person, one accountability, one set of standards.
I could hire technicians and scale up — most MSPs do. I don't, because the moment you do, the model breaks: now there's a queue, a junior tier, ticket routing, account managers. The exact thing my clients left their last MSP to get away from.
CHS will always be a small practice with a small, well-served client roster. That's the design.
I don't push one vendor over another because of a kickback. The right backup platform depends on your data, your devices, and your budget — and I'll recommend the one that actually fits.
Most MSPs specialize in one ecosystem and steer everyone toward it. CHS works fluently in both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace — so the recommendation is based on your business, not my comfort zone.
