Three Tiers · Per Device

Sized for your business,
priced for the real world.

Three managed plans, each built on a per-device model. The right plan depends on your team size, your industry, and how much risk you're carrying — which is exactly the conversation we'll have on the free intro call. No public price list means no apples-to-oranges comparisons with the big guys: just a real number for your real environment.

Add-Ons & One-Off Services

Layer onto any plan, or use standalone

Server & infrastructure management

On-premise server, NAS, or specialized infrastructure? Priced per server/device on top of your base plan. I cover Windows Server, Linux, and hybrid setups.

Cloud migration projects

Moving from on-prem to cloud, switching between Microsoft and Google, or consolidating mailboxes? Fixed-bid project pricing — quoted before we start, no surprises.

Security assessment

Standalone one-time service for businesses not ready for managed IT but who want to know where their risks actually are. Prioritized findings, plain-English report.

New employee onboarding

Account setup, device provisioning, app access, and a walk-through with the new hire. Included on managed plans, available a la carte otherwise.

What plans don't include (on purpose)

Transparency, up front

Hardware

Laptops, desktops, and devices are billed at cost. I'm not making money on your Dell order — you keep the savings.

Microsoft/Google licenses

I manage your subscriptions but the bill goes to you directly. No markup, no lock-in, fully portable.

Internet & phone service

Your ISP and phone provider stay your relationships. I'll help you choose and troubleshoot, but I don't resell.

Common questions

The ones I hear most often

Why isn't pricing on the site?

Per-device pricing depends on what kind of devices, how many, what platforms, and how much risk your business carries. A generic published rate would either over-charge small clients or under-deliver to bigger ones. The free 30-minute call gets you a real number, fast.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Standard agreements are month-to-month after the first 90 days. If I'm not earning the renewal every month, you should have an easy way out — that's the whole point.

How does "nationwide" work for a solo operator?

Modern remote management tools handle 95% of what an MSP does — without anyone driving anywhere. For the rare cases that need hands on a device, I coordinate with vetted local technicians and stay on the call to direct the work.

What if I just need help with one thing?

That's what the project work and one-off services are for. Not every business needs a managed relationship — some just need a backup set up right, or a Microsoft 365 cleanup. Both are fine.

What's your response time?

Business hours: under 1 hour for most issues, immediate for emergencies. Secure+ clients get priority SLA with documented response targets. Either way, you're not waiting in a queue.

What happens during onboarding?

Week 1: I audit and document what you have. Week 2: backups, security, and monitoring go live. Week 3+: I'm watching your environment and you're back to running your business. Most clients are fully transitioned within 14 days.
